I put in my username and password, click on "Login" button but a window popups saying that you need to login first.
You're having this problem most likely because your web browser has cookies disabled or restricts cookies from unknown sites. Change your settings or use a different web browser. We only use cookies to keep you logged in.

We keep profiles of different genders in different databases so at this time there's no way to change it yourself. Hopefully, you did not make this mistake during registration, but if you did, use Contact Page to send us a request to change your gender or write mail to 'Admnistrator' from your mail page.
How do I change/add photos?
Go to 'Manage Photos' page (the button is located on the top right if you're viewing your profile). On this page you can add new photos or delete the ones you don't like and also set one photo to be the default photo that is displayed in the search. Please remember that photos of animals, cartoons and, of course, nudity are not permitted on our site and will be instantly deleted.
I can't upload my picture. What should I do?
Our site supports many kinds of photos. However, if you still cannot upload your photo, you can e-mail it to photos@livedatelove.com and we will upload it for you. Don't forget to include your username so we will know where to upload it.
Why my photo was deleted?
If your photo was deleted it is because it violated one of our rules in Terms of Service. Remember, nudity and photos that are not you are forbidden on our site and will be instantly deleted.
How can I delete my profile?

I received an e-mail saying I had a message, but when I logged on there is no message there. Is this normal?
We do not send fake e-mails for you to come back on our site. The reason why this message is not in your inbox is because it was flagged as spam and deleted. We apologize for this inconvience but we're doing it to protect you from scam and spam so that you can concentrate on finding a date. 
When I do a search it says "No matches found". Why can't I find anyone?
Try a broader search (for example search for profiles that don't have photos). If you still don't believe that the search is working try to search for people in California or New York states in the United States. The reason why you mignt not have matches at this time is because our site is very new - we only started advertising it in June 2008, but we have new members joining our site every day. You can come back in a month to see if there are more matches or meanwhile you can use other features of our site such as Tarot Readings, Astrology, Jokes and Romance Shop.
How can I earn more points?
You earn points by being active on our site. Another way to earn points is to refer people to LiveDateLove.com but make sure they enter your username during registration as the person who referred them.
Why do I need points? How can I use them?
You can use points to purchase gifts. A gift is a nice way to show that you are interested and a sure way to draw someone's attention. Also in the future people with the most points and gifts will be featured on our Hall of Fame page.
Why do you have block/hide settings on this site?
We are the only dating site in the world (free or with a fee) that actually cares about its members. We value your time and don't want you to waste time looking at profiles of people that don't interest you and/or you are not of interest to them. It's true that with blocking settings you will get less matches but the profiles you will see are more likely to be your match. In addition, block/hide settings help you avoid spam mail. For example, if you block people from another country and/or state you would not get spam from the person whose location you block. Same with age and ethnicity. At the end, you will get much less spam mail if you use these block/hide settings.
